Walk-In Support:

The ASK Desk (Assistance-Service-Knowledge), located on the first floor of the Prior Health Sciences Library, provides support in person or by phone for laptop computers and PDAs.

Staff members are available at the ASK Desk from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. Phone: 614-247-2275

Pager services are available at the MedCenter IS Help Desk across from the ASK Desk from 8AM to 4:30PM Monday through Friday. Phone 614-293-3861
