Palm email setup

Create your account for the first time.

1. Open VersaMail (probably called Email)
2. Tap the top left to get the menu
3. Tap Accounts
4. Tap Account Setup
5. Tap New
6. Name it osumc
7. Mail service should read Exchange Activesync
8. Username: name01 (your novell/outlook login id)
9. Password: (your novell/outlook password)
10. Tap Next
11. Email Address: firstname.name@osumc.edu
12. Mail Server: webmail.osumc.edu
13. Test settings (a message 'Success!!! Accessed Server, blah blah blah...')
14. Tap yes and yes to overwrite calendar
15. Tap OK
16. Tap the top left again to get the menu it should read osumc now
17. Tap Option
18. Tap Preferences
19. Tap Delivery Options
20. Check [Mail from last] (3 Days), any more than that and your device will eventually crash
21. Uncheck Download Attachments
22. Max message size 5 kb
23. Tap OK
24. Tap OK
25. Tap Sync

Change your password

1. Open VersaMail (probably called Email)
2. Tap the top left to get the menu
3. Tap Accounts
4. Tap Account Setup
5. Tap the osumc account (or whatever you named it)
6. Tap Edit
7. Mail service should read Exchange Activesync
8. Username: name01 (your novell/outlook login id)
9. Password: (your novell/outlook password)
10. Tap Next
11. Email Address: firstname.name@osumc.edu
12. Mail Server: webmail.osumc.edu
13. Tap Next
14. Tap Done
15. Tap OK
16. Tap Sync
