PRESENTATIONservices provides a wide array of very personalized customer oriented services. We provide the entire Medical Campus with high quality event planning, audio/visual and technology support for both large scale and small classroom based events. We support the college of medicine in accomplishing their goal of educating the finest and brightest Doctors of tomorrow. We also support The Medical Campus' large auditoriums.

These auditoriums host informative speakers from all over the world which edify our team of Doctors in every discipline. We also have the ability to record lectures, both audio and video, and archive these on DVD. We are currently building a database and developing a server that will allow our medical community to download these archived lectures. This disemination of information should educate our community and help The OSU Medical Center further develop into a world renowned facility.

Audience Response Systems

We provide Turning Point (audience response) support for the entire medical campus. This includes training presenters on how to build question slides as well as system operation. We provide technical assistance on the day of your event to ensure turning point functionality. WE INSIST ON HAVING YOUR TURNING POINT PRESENTATION AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT. IF YOU DO NOT COMPLY WITH THIS STIPULATION WE CANNOT  GUARANTEE FUNCTIONALITY.
