We created our content management system, SiteTool, in 2003. It is now the application utilized by more than 80 colleges, departments and institutes across the University and Health Sciences Center.

Over the coming year, we will be releasing enhancements to the SiteTool application. New features and services already available include:

• Document and image uploads managed by clients
• Training for creating Web-ready images
• Enhanced editing tool within the administration area
• Improved user interface for administration area
• Captcha application within the contact form to reduce spam
• RSS feeds from the news section of the Web site
• Ticketing system to manage support requests
