John joined the CKM WEBservices team in November 2008. As a systems specialist, John serves as a customer service representative and trainer for OSU:pro. A 2008 graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a minor in Education, John works to train faculty and staff in the general use of OSU:pro, and also to answer any inquiries that may arise about the system. Previous experience as a customer service representative for the Student Computer Centers at Ohio State allows John to help customers efficiently and effectively. |
